To play VR Laser Tag at Dozer Day, sign the waiver below and then go to the Parties Inc. table to play. If there is a line, we will sign you up for a specific game time.
Sign a Waiver to Play at Dozer Day
Kids must be 10 years of age to play VR Laser Tag. To play VR Laser Tag at Dozer Day our insurance company is requiring that a wavier be signed by an adult 18 or older. Please add any children that will be playing to the waiver. Enter your information in the boxes provided and then click the add minor button (for each child) and add the child's name and birthdate.
